OUR BARBECUE
At Captain Bob's we take pride in our barbecue. We slowly cook hog shoulders over charcoal in specially designed cookers to produce our one of a kind barbecue that everyone loves.
We have two cookers that can cook up to 150 hog shoulders at a time as needed for the catering and restaurant operations. Thats almost 3000 pounds of meat! We also use our cookers to barbecue ribs and chicken. Upon request we can smoke a pig for you on our cookers.
Captain Bob’s Restaurant & Catering specializes in charcoal pit-cooked barbecue and fresh local seafood.
